Shopping with World of Tapestries is safe. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address, email address, and credit / debit card details.
How do I redeem a discount code or special offer?
To redeem a discount code, once you are in your shopping cart, click “checkout.” On the top right hand side of the check out page, enter your discount code in the field provided and press “Apply.”
The discount will be applied, and the total will reflect the new balance.
If you click on “Pay Now” before entering your code, you will have gone too far, and you will not be able to go back. But you can save the coupon code for the next time you shop.
Can I add to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add additional items onto orders that are already submitted. But, if you place another order within a few hours of your original order, email our Customer Service team, and they will be happy to issue you a refund for one of the postage charges once you receive your order.
Please be sure to include your payment details to our team so they can assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Please send us an email as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will be able to cancel your order only if it has not already been shipped. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of your total order amount which will be deducted from your refund to cover the fee that our payment gateway charges us.
How long will it take for me to receive my product?
In the US, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia you can expect to receive your package within 12-28 business days (average) from the date of placing your order.
For other countries shipping may take and additional 5-10 business days to be delivered. Although it happens rarely, there may be additional customs charges for international shipping that you are responsible for.

- Due to the current situation with domestic and international carrier shipping delays, orders may take an additional 7-10 business days to be delivered. We are working hard to get all your orders sent out as quickly as possible, and we're very sorry if it takes a little longer than usual.
We recommend ordering as early as possible for holidays to ensure your package will arrive on time.
What do I do if I only received part of my order?
The rest of your order is on its way! We utilize artisans from around the world for our handcrafted products which are shipped out by several distribution partners. A tracking number is provided for each shipment.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
No, you cannot. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you submit your order as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.
World of Tapestries will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
At World of Tapestries, we always strive to provide quality products at great prices with outstanding customer service. If you do receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please accept our apology and know that we will do everything we can to make it right.

Can I Exchange or Return an Item?
If you want to exchange or return your product, you must contact customer service at email@example.com within 5 days from the date of receiving the order. Please include your name, email, order number and reason for the return in your request. Once the return is received, your payment will be refunded.
Products must be returned in clean and new condition, with all pricing, packaging and brand labels secure. World of Tapestries will provide you the return address by sending you an email once they have received your request.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the Shipping/Delivery fee when returning the product for any reason other than receipt of a damaged or incorrect product.
We recommend that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier. World of Tapestries will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.
Can I return items that I bought that were on sale?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and clearance products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
