Here are some of the most common questions:   

Will I receive a tracking number for my order order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number with a link where you can check on the status of your order at any time. 

Can I add to an existing order? 

Unfortunately, we are not able to add additional items onto orders that are already submitted.  But, if you place another order within a few hours of your original order, email our Customer Service team, and they will be happy to issue you a refund for one of the postage charges once you receive your order.

How long will it take for me to receive my product?

You can expect to receive your package within 15 – 20 days from the date of placing your order. 

Note: Due to the current situation with carrier shipping delays, orders may take an additional 7-10 working days to be delivered. We are working hard to get all your orders sent out as quickly as possible, and we're sorry if it takes a little longer than usual.
